By providing quality and reliable electricity service to electricity consumers in WZPDCL area, to achieve the desired financial, social development and public welfare to be regarded as an ideal and best electricity service provider in Bangladesh.


Mission

• Providing quality electricity at reasonable and affordable prices through professional service excellence.

• By 2021, all the people of 21 districts and 20 upazila towns of WZPDCL area will be covered by electricity.

• To increase competition among power supply units for providing specialized efficient services.

• Ensuring improved, quality and satisfactory service to customers by following international standards and using modern technology in management and conservation work.

• To improve manpower through professional training as per need.

• Ensuring consistent revenue growth, cost and system loss reduction through successful business operations.
